The center consists of approximately 39,700 SF of GLA, situated on approximately 2.34 acres of land.

Tom Nguyen represented the Buyer in the acquisition of a Superior Grocer’s anchored center located in Baldwin Park, California. In addition to Superior Grocer, the center is occupied by other national tenants that include CVS, Chase Bank, O’Reilly Auto Parts, El Pollo Loco, GNC, Waba Grill and Subway. The property has a GLA of 94,093 SF and is situated on 6.65 acres of land.
Hopkins Real Estate completed an acquisition of a 96.8 Acre Commercial on behalf of Inland Professional Development Partners, LLC for $13 million.
